we stayed at the Oak meadow Lodge during a weekend trip to Holiday World. Our family of four and a guest and my wife's brother and his family of four stayed in the 3 bedroom suite. We loved it. There was plenty of room for everyone, two bathrooms and a kitchenette. We only stayed one night but would have gladly stayed longer and definitely will be back! It was very peaceful and quiet. The grounds were beautiful - it is on a golf course. Although the furnishings were a bit dated everything was well-kept and clean. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Evansville and the highway but very easy to find and very conveniently located to the Interstate, Evansville and Holiday World. We will stay here again!

What a great place. The staff is absolutely superior! A bit dated, but very homey and clean! Easy to get to, and close to everything. We are planning another trip now. Even if it’s the middle of winter! It feels like our second home.

We spent seven weeks as guests of this lodge on a beautiful golf course 15 minutes from the center of Evansville. We cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable room, complete with a small kitchen. And best of all, there are beautiful views of the golf course and surrounding woods, starry nights, and quiet. We also enjoyed the meals we had in the restaurant of the clubhouse next door. We highly recommend the Oak Meadow Lodge.

I had a wonderful experience with this place. The value is great, the staff is super-friendly and the area is beautiful. A well-done lodge all the way around. I'm glad I discovered it, and I will be staying here the next time I come to town, that's for sure!
