Price seemed to be good, but bed was awful. Mattress should be replaced.
Sheets had holes in them. Hall ways and elevator were hot. There was a roach on the bathtub in the morning. There was no bath soap. In the end it was not worh the money I thought I saved. I'm not doing this to win a contest. I just want people to know how it is and hope the hotel owners will see this and correct the situation.

1. We arrived late at night, about 10 pm. Parking area was not well lit. Entrance to parking lot was very hard to find and was covered with water.

2. Elevator was dirty, carpet and wallpaper in 2nd floor elevator area were ripped and stained.

3. Hallways were hot and damp, not well-lit, & did not appear to be very clean.

4. Mold in bathtub, drawers under TV needed cleaning, half-eaten ice cream container left in refrigerator, opened pack of cigarettes in desk drawer (this was a non-smoking room), holes in sheets, stains on sheets and pillows.

5. Ice machines in breakfast room and on 3rd floor were very dirty, had mold.

This situation was very surprising to us because other Days Inns have always been free of these issues.

I have never stayed in a hotel with such filth before. From the moment we stepped off the elevator there was a sense that things were not going to look good. Sure enough! We were greeted to a room that looked like it had never been vacuumed, dirty toilet, hair in the sink, burns in the bedspread, and bugs at different times were spotted in the room. It was not until I went to bed, turning down the bed linens that I discovered hairs on my pillow. No blanket on the bed, just a bottom and top sheet. Going to ice machine, black bugs were purely visible. We had paid an extra $10 for a rollaway for the evening. I wouldn't have even let a dog sleep on it! If were had thought of it at the time, we would have demanded our money back and gone somewhere else. However, after a long drive and having to participate in an early morning soccer game the following morning we thought we'd live through one night. Never again!

My wife and I stayed at this little "gem" for a single evening recently, and it was memorable. We were lying in bed reading when suddenly, she screamed as she saw a large beetle crawling towards her book. After dispatching the insect, I took a flashlight and looked around for more uninvited visitors. I didn’t find any, but I did notice that the edges of the carpet were littered with dust, hair, pennies and even a French fry under the table in plain view. However, the mother load was stuck between the bed and the wall. Not only was there a thick layer of grime, there was also a paperback book and a tube of something (hand cream?) that I didn’t further investigate. This was in addition to the random stains on the walls and furniture, the stained and faded sheets featuring several burn holes and the hair in the sink and the bathtub that welcomed our arrival. In addition, three of the four lamps in the room had burnt out bulbs, one fixture didn’t even work when the bulb was replaced and the single roll of toilet paper was so far gone that it barely lasted the evening. Fortunately, we were going to a charity 5K walk the next morning so we didn't have to take a shower and risk catching something from the tub. I would only expect the conditions we found at a motel that features hourly rates! A location note, the motel is located next to a topless bar that has been busted once or twice for prostitution and such.
