This resort is really worth the money! Our biggest regret was that we were only able to stay for a night instead of a full week. The full kitchen allows you to save money by not having to eat out every meal. If you're going to Indiana Beach, you can get your hand stamped to leave and come back after you've eaten elsewhere. Definitely, a money saver when you have a family to feed! When they say they are right across the street from Indiana Beach, they are not kidding! We were able to leave the park and walk directly to the hotel. Very nice. They were also able to sell us the Indiana Beach tickets directly which saved us from having to pay the Gate Admission and having to wait in line to get in.

As others have stated, the owners are incredibly nice and accomodating. We did take advantage of the free kayak rides they offer. When one of them wasn't filled up all the way, Terry, the owner, came right out and filled it up for us. My kids loved the pool and the owners have a lot of pool toys available for the kids to use. They loved swimming with the noodles.

The only reason I did not give a 5 was because the beds could have been a little better. After a long day at the park, a really comfortable bed would have been optimal. We stayed in the cheapest (and last) room they had, so maybe the beds are nicer in the other rooms. It wasn't enough to discourage us from coming back. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, with friendly people, then this resort is the place for you! We would definitely stay here again.
