We just moved to the area and decided to check this place out. However it ended up being a big disappointment but not because of the food, beer, or the band .....it was the SERVICE! There was a female bartender working who had one of the worst attitudes I have encountered in the service industry. Our first two rounds of drinks we tipped her very well and her attitude never changed. She acted bother by us when we would walk up to the bar, even going as far as making my drinks and then ignoring my friend because she got a text on her cell phone. I finally had enough and told her " I would tip you better if you would be friendlier". Do you know she had the nerve to say "If you'd tip better I would be". She really shouldn't be in the service industry with an attitude like hers. I tip based on the service I recieve and she should of never spoke back to me in that manner. After all we tipped very well on the first two rounds and her attitude never changed. The manager on duty(Jessica) was standing right there when she said this. Jessica was very pleasant and tried to make up for it by bringing us a round of lemon drop shots and checking in on us.I would rather pay for my drinks and receive good service than be treated like crap. I was a bartender while in college so I know what to expect and can overlook a lot of things. However I cant overlook bad rude service! I expect to receive friendly service because that is what I am paying for! I don't not plan to return to this establishment and will pass this experience on to all of my friends that will be here for the next year.
