This place was horrible. I booked my room through super8.com as a king size smoking room. Entering the room we find ants all over the room behind the tables and nightstands and the bed and all over the bed. The front desk person gave us a new room with two double beds which wasn't what i paid for considering this is the first time me and my husband had been on a short trip alone in a long time. Entering this room their was mold growing behind the walpaper that was falling off the walls the refigerator wasn't working the bathtub was full of black something and pubic hair all over the bathtub and bathroom door. I couldn't get my money back on my card because i knew we didn't have money for another room and it would take days. So i tried to be optomistic. When i woke up in the morning i could here the people next to us at 6 A.M. talking like they were in the room with us. Then i went to take my shower.... the shower didnt work so i had to get on my knees and wash myself with a cup in a tub full of pubic hair. It was horrible. I told the front desk person and he told me the manager wasn't there to call in 1 hour.. so i call numerous times being told to call back in 30 minutes and he was never there. finally he called me about 4 hours later to tell me he was putting 30 dollars back on my card which is unacceptable after my night there and he didn't even do that he put 20 on there. I am furious with this beings that i recommend Super 8 to everyone i know. This motel needs some change or they are going to go out of business. i paid 65 dollars for this room. Oh and there was loose wires hanging from the cieling where a fire alarm was supposed to go.
