I travel to Lexington several times a year and the Embassy Suites is always a highlight of the trip. Attractive, clean, friendly staff and the complimentary full breakfasts are a great way to start the morning. My only complaint is they could use a larger channel selection on the TV.

Stayed here for four nights Nov.10-14, 2004. Was here last year around the same time. Both experiences were excellent. Great breakfast buffet, free drinks in the late afternoon, room service food was excellent also. Hotel is clean with very friendly staff.

This hotel is about a 8-9 hr drive from Toronto making it a great place to stay overnight on your way down to Florida in the winter.

Hope to do just that in the years to come.

I have nothing to complain about this hotel. Lately, I've been traveling a lot, and I can say this hotel is one of the best i ever stayed.

My husband and I stayed here in Nov 2001. It was over Thanksgiving weekend and the hotel was packed with families. This would have been OK but there were kids running up and down the halls and riding the elevators "for fun". We had to constantly wait for an elevator.When we complained to the front desk,they said they would do something,but they didn't. We finally had to get management involved. They just seemed to feel we had no right to peace and quiet.
When we went to the lounge for a drink,again,families were there with young kids. The kids were sitting at the bar and treating the place like a playroom,running all over,yelling and eating the popcorn out of the communal bowl.It was not an appropriate place for kids and when we expressed our displeasure to the hostess,she agreed but said she couldn't do anything. We were supposed to stay another night,but we were so fed up,we checked out the next morning and stayed at the Marriott across the street which was quiet and has a nice restaurant.
I realize that weekend was busy and the kids were out of school but there was no excuse for management ignoring the comfort of some of the guests in favor of a "do whatever you please" atmosphere. Not a good experience.
