Hotel is now a Doubletree Suites. I had booked our group of 12 rooms thru group sales. All rooms were supposed to be 2 doubles with a pull out sofa bed in the living room portion. Most of us got the rooms we booked and the ones that didn't were moved the next afternoon after some urging to the front desk. We were lucky. Other groups were not and ended up with junior suites which are just two doubles with a refrigerator. Also, there are no rollaways. So if you're counting on that extra bed, you may not get it if you check in late. The suites are partitioned with doors that go 3/4 of the way to the ceiling. They are NOT sound proof. It was nice for the privacy though. The pool was closed for two days while we were there because of a chemical imbalance. While it didn't affect us that much, other guests were very upset. The location is great with an Applebee's, Panerra, and Japanese steakhouse all in the same parking lot. Numerous other restaurants are within 1/4 mile. Also easy access to Route 4. Hotel staff did a good job as they were transitioning their system to Hilton and they were sold out as well. A lot for them to handle and they did it well.
