We have stayed at the Best Western Regency several times in recent years and its service/facility has been declining. We stayed once at the Hampton Inn next door, but it was expensive and rooms were small. We tried the Regency and our first two stays were very good (large comfortable rooms), but the last two were disappointing and don't expect to return. They messed up our reservations and we gave them discount coupons upon check in, but didn't honor them when we paid the next morning. We had two rooms - one had a shower head that was clogged and the other room wasn't cleaned well. It doesn't deserve AAA's 3 star rating. It's "deluxe" continential breakfast is okay - mostly pastries, cereal, waffles. It's an okay place, but don't pay full price. Stop at nearby rest areas on I-75 and get coupon book and see if they'll honor the coupon for you. It's an attractive hotel on the outside and in a great location, but needs improvements.
