Quite a few restaurants were not yet open for the season, however, we found the Tugboat Inn Restaurant at the end of Commerce Street. I had an excellent casserole with meat from one whole lobster sauted in butter and sherry. My husband was very pleased with is choice of a scallop casserole. The dining room was attractive with linen tableclothes and napkins and we enjoyed the view of Boothbay Harbor. Service was good and the prices were fair. Pleasant experience.
