We were going to a wedding in the area but arrived a week early to spend my birthday in Boothbay Harbour. My husband booked the room and it was the "Admirals' suite" as a surprise. We have traveled all over the world and this place is up there with any 4-5* hotel we have stayed at. The room was super comfortable, the bed to die for, newly renovated etc. The veranda where we sat in the sun in the afternoon was great and the view second to none. To top this off the staff are wonderful and the owners Les and Deb make you feel so at home. I agree with the others that the food on offer is just amazing. Please if you are considering visiting this area make sure you stop by here, you wont regret it! I would travel across the atlantic just to come back here for another stay.

The Admiral's Quarters is the best B&B ever!!! Les, Deb and the rest of the family make you feel at home. The breakfast is like heaven. DESERT FOR BREAKFAST!! The afternoon cookies are just like mom makes. We stopped in for the first time in April 2001 and make a treck back every year. Each time the stay seems to get longer. It is so hard to leave. Tht views from the Light House and Island rooms are breathtaking!

One of the nicest B & B's My Wife and I have ever stayed. Les and Deb, are excellent hosts, as are the employees. Makes us feel right at home, and the accomidations are beautiful and comfortable. These folks really know how to cook, and prepare breakfast in some of the best ways I know. We were there last August, and we are headed back for a week this May 2004. We don't even look for other B & B's when we think of Boothbay Harbor, Maine. A great place of warmth and friendliness.....
