This is a great place for families! The staff is friendly and accomodating, the room was spacious and clean, the view from the room was lovely, and the property is very well-maintained. And the rates are very reasonable.

My husband and I along with our adult daughter and our 12 yr old son made our first trip to New England this month. We all loved BoothBay Harbor . The Inn is wonderful! The cleanest I have ever seen and the staff were friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the wonderful continental breakfast in the restaurant and it was great too. The views are breathtaking, I would recommend checking out the web cam. It does not do it justice but it will give you and idea of the great views. I would not stay anywhere else in Boothbay!!! The town is friendly and has some great shops and restaurants.

Just finished three night stay. Not luxurious but very clean, nicely appointed, fairly large rooms with a great view of the harbor and commercial area of Boothbay Harbor. A convenient location for starting and ending day trips. It is within easy walking distance to great lobster places. Only complaint and not a serious one is cigar smoke from balcony below us floated up to our balcony (former smoker, so maybe envy). Every night enjoyed wine on the balcony and every morning went down to lobby and brought a pot of coffee up to enjoy on the balcony looking out on the lobster boats going out to check on their traps.

Checked reviews on trip advisor about this motel. They were all right! This is a very clean family run motel. Very relaxing and charming. The rooms were very clean and all had a great view of the harbor. We stayed on the cove side and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay on this side again. Breakfast was good. I will definitley be back when I need some R&R.

Second visit in two years. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Each room has a balcony that looks out over the harbor. You are so close to the water, you need to bring your Dramamine! Hotel has a nice lounge, an inviting restaurant, and places to sit and watch the boats go by. My only regret is that we had only one night to spend at Browns Wharf this year. The family makes you feel welcome from check in to check out. They've earned their #1 rating on tripadvisor.
