Just stayed at English Meadows Inn for the second time. Everything was as we remembered it - beautiful room, lovely amentities, great location, fabulous breakfast, and the most congenial host and hostess. Definitely a must-stay!

My husband and I just returned from a long weekend at The English Meadows Inn. We were so relaxed and pleased after our experience there that we booked another trip back as soon as we got home! The inn is situated in an ideal location, just a short walk to shopping, dining and boating and a quick ride to the beach. Bruce is a wealth of knowledge on Kennebunkport and provided sound suggestions for dining and activities. He even made reservations and mapped out directions for us. The cleanliness of the inn, personalized and friendly service and delicious breakfasts make this charming establishment a “must-stay” for your trip to Kennebunkport.

Being an frequent user of tripadvisor, you know that when something is ranked at the top it is going to be good, but the English Meadows exceeded even the high expectations we had. My wife and I went for a last minute one night getaway and were extremely satisfied with our choice. The innkeeper (Bruce) is exceptionally welcoming and very informative. The inn is a very short walk from the downtown, but set on a beautiful little piece of land. The inn is just far enough away to have your own little piece and quiet should you want that. The breakfast was excellent and presented beautifully. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy classic new england.

Recently returned from a great stay at the English Meadows B&B.
The breakfasts were absolutely delightful. Bruce is extremely knowledgeable about the area and restaurants. Great attention to details and little extras such as fresh flowers in the room, the ability to borrow beach chairs/towels, coffee served in the morning before breakfast starts, etc.
