We were booked to stay the week at the hotel, but moved out after one night. Ok hotel, but DO NOT stay on the back side of the hotel. The truck traffic on the nearby highway are relentless, all night. Ear plugs and pillows did little to deafen the noise. Sadly the staff does not inform you of this.
Rooms were clean. Don't expect much of the pool or fitness equipment. Breakfast was about all that we would expect, except for the ants!

We stayed here for three nights in October. We overpaid and found the hotel (really a MOTEL with outside entrances only) to be very disappointing. Our first room smelled horrible, like cigarettes and mold, even though it was a non-smoking. The front desk people were very nice and switched us the next morning.

Our second room smelled ok, but had large brown stains on the carpet by the sink which is outside the bathroom. Overall, we just did not feel it was clean. There were very roudy people making noise at night and since it is an outdoor entrance, we heard it all.

There are other hotels in Kent Narrows that seemed nicer, or you could stay in Easton, MD, which was a much nicer town anyway.

We just stayed at this hotel and had a great time. We stayed in a jacuzzi suite and loved the room and location. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and internet were great. The restaurants across the street were super handy!

Great stay overall.

My wife and I and our small dog stayed in this hotel for a brief getaway. We booked it because it offered a pool and spa, and because it is dog friendly. February is the offseason for this hotel, and there were only a few other guests staying here during our visit.

When we arrived we were booked into a "suite" that was really two separate adjoining rooms. When we opened the door to each room we were overpowered with the smell of must and stale cigarette smoke, despite having booked a non smoking room. The staff person on duty was very helpful and we ended up in a room with a hot tub. This was also called a suite, but it was a single room with no place to sit. However the tub was nice, the room had no unpleasant aroma, and the hotel made an exception to their policy of no pets in the spa suite, once I promised not to let my dog in the tub.

The helpfulness of the staff did rescue what might have been an intolerable stay, but the hotel has a shabby feeling, and we ended up cutting our three night vacation down to two nights. The shower was lukewarm, but when I asked them to turn up the water temperature, they did so. Unfortunately the pool heater was broken, so my wife did not use the pool.

The hotel breakfast is well below the standards of many hotels, but since it came "free" with the room, I can't complain.

Overall, we found the staff friendly and supportive, but we will not stay in this hotel again.

I got stuck staying here for business for a few days and was much happier sleeping in my car. I had reserved a non smoking room and got what used to be a smoking room (or they just temporarily placed a no smoking sign in my room). The front desk girl wouldn't speak to me as she was too caught up in her "like, whatever" phone conversation to be bothered with doing her job. The carpet had not been cleaned in quite some time, let alone vacuumed. The dressers and shelves were covered in a good layer of dust. The sheets and blankets were stained and poorly washed. I had a couple of 6 and 8 legged visitors throughout my stay. The shower was luke warm at best. For the breakfast, it's fine if you want sugar or fat (fruit loops, breakfast cakes, bisquits and gravey, etc). The pool appeared to have not been cleaned in a very long time so I obviously bypassed that and attempted the fitness room which was a guest room converted into the gym. So, anyone over 5'7" bumps their head on the celing if you try running on the treadmill or doing the eliptical. The machines are also quite old and didn't work too well. I would definitely recommend spending the extra money to go to another hotel. A few of my coworkers also stuck here had the same experiences.
