This hotel provided excellent service equal to a five star hotel at a bargain price! The staff was extraordinary. They went above and beyond with suggestions, area coupons, printed directions etc. The hotel itself was immaculate and the rooms were more than comfortable. The housekeeping staff paid attention to every detail. The complimentary breakfast, dinner and happy hour Monday through Thursday was a delightful extra! Everyone in our party had rave reviews. If you go to Hagerstown, it's a must stay!

A wonderful experience! Stayed there for two nights. Very clean and great staff. The evening meals were a pleasant surprise and the hot breakfast very good. Location off interstate but never heard any noise from the highway. Staff very responsive. Asked for an extra luggard rack and it was immediately brought to the room. Bed was so comfortable! We will definitely stay at Homewoods in the future. Very reasonably priced and really a lot for the money. Restaurant close by.

We booked a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. The hotel is brand new, just built in November 2007, so everything is still beautiful.

The lobby has a see through fireplace and lots of chairs and comfy places to gather and hang out. Breakfast is also served in this area. There is a large TV there too.

On the other side of the lobby is a courtyard with a basketball hoop and tables and a putting green! On the other side of the courtyard is the indoor pool and hottub.

The pool area has cushioned chase lounges and tables for gathering. There is a bathroom off the pool area, and a shower next to the pool. The weight room can be seen from the pool area.

Our room was #302 on the third floor. We had a living area(pullout couch, chair, ottoman and flatscreen tv and dvd player), kitchen area(with a full fridge, 2 burner cooktop, sink, and dishwasher, and all kitchen utensils needed) . Then, there was one bedroom with a King bed. It had a flatscreen Tv and DVD player, desk and a large closet. There is also a bath in this room. Then in in the other bedroom was 2 queen beds another flat screen tv and dvd player and another bath.

We fit 6 very comfortably in this room.

The service is awsome at this hotel, and let me tell you I do not say this hardly ever!

This hotel has many restaurants( Buffalo Wild WIngs, Outback, Bob Evans and more) very close by and the Valley mall is right around the corner.

The only problem was finding the hotel. I tried using my navigation system, but it is so new that I had to call and they directed me. It is very convient off of 81 though.

Whitetail Ski Resort is about 20-25 minutes away.


My one and only complaint was that in the room with the 2 queen bed was a "mystery locked door" that had some kind of machinery in it that would make noise all night long.

Stayed here for a weekend to go skiing in Whitetail. Hotel is brand new, has a nice lobby, great pool and hot tub. Breakfast is excellent.

My family (3 young kids) stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, which worked out great. It was very clean and nicely appointed. The suite had two lcd tv's and 2 dvd players.

This hotel provides a great value, there are also plenty restaurants and shops nearby. It's right of I70 and I81. Whitetail Ski resort is about 20 minutes away.
