I stayed at the Four Points Hagerstown for three nights in early February. I had a king non-smoking room, note that all rooms are now non-smoking due to Maryland law.

This is a very basic hotel, no excercise are and only an outdoor pool that was closed. There was a breakfast buffet that we never went to because of other obligations. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. They have the new Four Points Beds and ours was wonderful, i would say this was the best feature of this hotel. You get some nice upscale soap, shampoo and conditioner. We didn't bring any so it was a nice extra.

We did have one problem. There was a leak in the bathroon ceiling above the toilet. This didn't happen until the morning after we checked in. We requested a new room and were moved to another room right away. The front desk was very helpful.

Overall this was a good budget option in Hagerstown.

This was perhaps the highest star rated hotel in Hagerstown, but it was nothing special.

The fron desk person was extremely friendly and helpful on checkin. There was a free breakfast buffet included with the room but it wasn't anything to write home about.

The room was adequate and clean.

There was no indoor pool, and lower star-rated hotels in the area do have pools.

I stayed at another Sheraton years ago and said never again, but this hotel changed my mind. Scrupulously clean and the bed was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Had a small problem with a freezing room on arrival. After an hour with the heater on, it was still cold, so I was given another room. One more small problem was that there were no direction signs in the hallways, so corridor-wandering was an all-to-frequent pastime. Friendly staff , especially the morning crew. I'll definitely return.

We were traveling with children from Buffalo NY to Virginia Beach. We stayed here overnight as a way to break up the trip. The room was fine, the service good. The location is convenient to the highway. The continental breakfast was pretty good. We sat in a booth, had cereal, fruit, etc.
We stayed on a Sunday night and it was not too busy.
