“OK for the price”

We booked the "shop and stay"-package (60 $ night/room for a generous sized two-bed-room) and found this to be a nice location for sightseeing (civil war battlefield at Antietam, the historic town center) and shopping (the Prime Outlet is just 4 miles away).

Staff was very helpful, the complimentary breakfast ok (but in no way lavish), the rooms clean and comfortable. Only downpoint: The pool was closed and didn't look very invitating anyway. Would stay again...

FOUR POINTS .... The hotel was at good location from prime outlets ... We have shopping, good food in their resturant and a good night sleep. However theie pool was closed for afternoon for maintenance ... Could have had a swim... So I guess .. the experience is OVERALL GOOD

this was sold as a four star hotel. The hall ways are in need of painting, the doors are banged up. The only thing that may qualify it to be four star is the fact that they have a restaurant, lounge and an outdoor pool. Only stayed one night while traveling to other location. Flies in the restaurant at the breakfast buffet. Windows in need of a serious cleaning.

Stayed one night here. Terrible hotel. The room I stayed in had cracks in the ceiling with spots of mold. After arriving, my family decided to go to the pool. People at the pool were doing "innapropriate" things and the manager was called down. Not a pleasant place for a family. Sleeping was uncomfortable. Our family looked forward to a nice breakfast in the morning. It was AWFUL! It was all picked through. We were forced to drink coffee in styrofoam cups, no glasses. The eggs were undone. It was disgusting. I ended up eating a single stale donut and a small cup of cereal. Overall, very bad hotel. If you want to stay in a nice hotel, drive 5 minutes down the road. Stay at the Hampton Inn. Same price. Better hotel.

Not pleased with the Four Points Sheraton. Not at all.

Thought a Sheraton property for a low price was to be a bargain, but I guess we got about what we paid for. Quality Inn pricing and Quality Inn standard. In quite some need of restoration, frayed carpets, stains in bathroom, cheapest possible bedding etc. No real problems, just that their standard use to be so much higher.
