“Good, lively hotel with a great restaurant and good location”

This is a nice lively hotel with a good atmosphere. Efficient and friendly staff. Good "Irish" (ie not really Irish) bar which can get a bit noisy at times, but is always entertaining.

Main restaurant, called Summer Winter, is excellent. Decor is way above a standard Marriott restaurant, and food is superb, if pricey. "All you can eat for $10" fans will be disappointed by the portions, but quality is fantastic - this is one of the few hotels I would actually choose to go to just for the restaurant.

Rooms nice and clean, good size, nicely decorated, great beds.

Usual gripe: why do I have to pay extra for internet use? Why not lighting, water, air to breathe while you're at it?

Pricing very reasonable for quality of hotel, location good for Burlington area (and especially the large shopping mall, if that's your thing) but calling this the "Boston Burlington mall" is really pushing it - this is not a Boston hotel at all.

“Good Restaurant and Fabulous Beds”

I was here for two nights business in March 2007.

The rooms were just okay, but the bed was fantastic. I was coming from Europe so the bed was just brilliant after a long flight. Other than the bed (which is the most important thing afterall), I thought the room totally forgetful. I gave this hotel four stars to be nice, honestly I would have given three and a half if it was possible.

The fitness room was in the process of being renovated while I was their so I can't really grade it, but at least the hotel moved some machines in the weight room so people could use them. The usual equipment.

The restaurant, I believe it is called Summer Winter or something, I recommend and was suprisingly good and seemed a popular place. I usually have low expectations of hotel restaurants, so this was a very plesant suprise. Ate both breakfast and dinner here and was quite happy both times. This part looks totally new and I would recommend it to others who visit.

The hotel also has an Irish bar that seems popoular with locals. We were there on St. Patricks day so it was packed that night of course and we had a couple green beers.

The service at the hotel was fine, no problems there. Fine hotel for business, seems the whole hotel is in an ongoing process of renovation, so it will probably just get better.

“good business hotel”

Boston Marriott Burlington

13 Feb 2008

We spent one night here on a business trip. The room was a little small but comfortable. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean. My only complaint: there is no towel rack in the bathroom other than in the shower.

Good stay. Would not hesitate to go back.

“Lovely Hotel”

We stayed for a weekend at this hotel for a short family getaway. We booked a package that included breakfast and it was great! The pool was nice, although the jacuzzi was broken. The location of the hotel is a short drive to Boston, as well as a large mall and numerous restaraunts. The room was large, updated and exceptionally clean. We loved our stay.

We stayed the weekend for my daughter's birthday. We got adjoining rooms for her and her friends. The hotel pool, fitness room & restaurants are great. It is located right near a huge mall which was a great benefit. We stayed the weekend before Xmas. They had a fantastic rate available on their website. The hotel was very quiet. The only down side is they allow people from the outside to access their pool & fitness facility for some sort of fee. I didn't like this as the pool was a lot more crowded than it would have been if it were just for guests. Overall great place.
