Just what I expected. An older but clean and updated Marriott property. Convenient location to hwy 95/128. Close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel is typical Marriott. Very clean, good service, and friendly employees. I would stay here again.

I have stayed here for a couple of times in the past and always have been treated well here. The check-in process has always been quick and efficient with a smile. There is always a plate of welcome cookies on the counter in most time of the day.
The rooms are of average size with the usual beds, table and armchair in addition to the business desk. Even with all the furniture, the room is still spacious enough without one feeling restricted even in a double beds room. The bed is a bit too padded for me hence a bit soft but not to a degree where I feel uncomfortable.
The bathroom has an average size although you will find difficulty of movement with 2 persons inside. The usual good Marriot amenities are presented here. The bathtub however is showing its age despite being quite clean.
The service here has definitively become better at my last trip there. After each room service, I got a call from the supervisor to check if everything is to my taste as well as an enquiry to see if they can do anything else. I did not have such calls before.
The restaurant food is decent, nothing exciting nor bad. The bar is a good place to have a few beers before bed. The Marriott is a bit out of the town but there is a free shuttle bus that will take you anywhere in Burlington that you want.
The Marriott is a decent place to stay if you have to stay in Burlington.

what an awful hotel, even by the mediocre standards of Marriott! We tried to book a wedding and were treated like scum by the sales people!
Efficiently run, this Marriott has all the standard things you'd expect in a Marriott. That being said, don't expect gourmet meals, or a fabulous pool/fitness center. Restaurant/Pub offer the same items, and neither is terribly comfortable or inviting. Luckily, there are some great restaurant options nearby.
Rooms are adequate size, with average decoration, and very close to I-95...a major plus in Boston area traffic. Desks are comfort-challenged for a business traveler. Some ergonomic chairs and desks would be nice.
If you stay on lower floors (2 or 1) beware of the chlorine odor...they need to update the ventilation. Request a higher floor, as some rooms have a very nice view of Boston's skyline.
Internet is not free, but works.
Hotel tends to host a lot of meetings/convention business, so often is more expensive weekdays than even downtown options. Definitely compare the Hilton Woburn as an equal, if not better, option nearby for a large full-service hotel.
P.S. I've stayed over 20 nights at this hotel for work in the past year, so I can say each stay has been perfectly consistent!

Overall, this was a good experience. The room was small, but had everything it needed. The bathroom was uncomfortably small though, hard to close the door unless you stand against the wall in the narrow space between the toilet and sink.
Restaurants were decent, although an all night shop would have helped. There was a sign that said food and drink items were available for purchase at the front desk, but made no mention of what they were. Some folks actually like to browse when making a purchase.
The parking lot was situated unnecessarily far from the front entrance, as they have a big stupid island with bushes and trees that you have to walk around to get to from the parking lot.
I wasn't impressed, but as long as the room is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly, I'm satisfied.
