As soon as we checked into the front desk at the Wyndham Chelsea the front desk people were very rude and mean. We were not greeted in a friendly manner. This made us think 'is all of Boston like this'. If it wasn't for the friendly bar staff and van drivers we wouldn't have been treated good at all. Then we were double charged for our room without any help of getting this resolved from the staff at Wyndham. We had to involve Hotels and our credit card company to fix the problem of this fraudulent double charge. Boston was wonderful but the front desk staff at the hotel were horrible. We will never stay there again.

I stayed here overnight before a flight and was glad I did. I stay several times a year at hotels near Logan airport and this one escaped my notice until I read about it on Trip Advisor. None of the reasonably priced Logan Airport options in Boston are really what I would call "close" to the airport. Most entail a 10-15 minute ride in the shuttle bus. It's the same with the Wyndham but the shuttle came quickly (always a bonus) and once I got there, I loved everything about this hotel. It was well furnished, quiet, the breakfast was excellent and well priced. I was impressed.
