We planned 2 nights in Eastham, as it's such a great location on the Cape, but after a less-than-good experience in our original hotel, I was SO happy to move over to the Four Points. We had driven past it a few times, and like the Hyannis Four Points Resort- neither looked spectacular from the outside. Still, it's a Starwood hotel, the bed will be comfy, and all will be clean, so I couldn't wait to get in there. I was shocked to see that the rooms go for $295/night. I used points, and I'm fine with that, but I'd definitely follow the example of others and use priceline to book- it's not a $300/night hotel by any means. It looks like they're working on many parts of the hotel, in fact, part of the outdoor pool was being stained or something, so we didn't use it. The room was perfect. Nice, clean, spacious, comfortable. Same with the bathroom. The halls also were great. We did not have a pool-side room. While we were using the indoor pool (which is great- clean, super facilities available) we were really put off by the noise- we're not parents, so maybe we can't relate, I don't know. But it's noisy, for sure. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant, but we did order breakfast in-room. It was fine tasting, and very affordable, compared to other hotels. I was surprised at the front desk staff, as well. Taking calls when there's a line of 4 people, as another reviewer mentioned. Overall, happy to have stayed here.

Back in January, we were able to book a room for one Saturday night in June at the Four Points Sheraton Eastham on Priceline.com. This was great, as there were required 2-3 night minimums for reservations booked directly through the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the rooms along the indoor pool courtyard are a bit noisy. When we were there, people were hanging out in the "patio" chairs outside the poolside rooms, partying until late at night. If we go back, I will request a non-poolside room on the second floor for more quiet/privacy. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were furnished well. Overall, a good stay.

Hi....My family of four stayed here for 4 days from June 15th to the 19th. I had booked this room on Priceline for $59 a night...not bad at all considering what other hotels/motels were asking for the weekend. I also looked on the hotel's website and saw that the rack rate was almost $200 per night, so I was pleased to see that we saved a lot of money.
Upon arrival at the hotel, it appeared the outside was painted a "Cape Cod gray.". The hotel lobby does need some updating, but it isnt the worst lobby I have ever seen, trust me.
Check in was easy. We were given a 2nd floor room overlooking the pool/hottub area with a private balcony. Again, this pleased me. I also was happy to discover there was an in-room fridge and a coffee maker. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. We were out most of the day each day, but the room was freshened up upon our return. New toiletries were always stocked in the bathroom.I have stayed at hotels that didnt have the room cleaned even though we came back at 5pm ( not good!).
The indoor pool area was clean and there was an ample supply of towels. Hot tub was scorching...it should be slightly cooler, thought I was gonna faint! They do not enforce the "adults only" swim time after 9pm, so just beware. Kids will swim in the pool until its closing at 10pm. We did not use the outdoor pool since only 1 day was it in the 80's.
I cannot comment on the restaurant since we did not use it. We opted to try the Fairway for breakfast....just down the road as if you were heading towards Provincetown. The Fairway serves excellent breakfast. We also tried Hearth N Kettle in Orleans...excellent summer berries french toast combo.
I would not pay $200 plus a night for this hotel, but I found it to be a pleasant stay at the Priceline rate. I highly recommend the hotel.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a couple of weekday nights and had a great time. The indoor pool is clean and very nice. There were ample towels, chairs, and room in the pool at all times. The first hour in the morning and the last hour at night are reserved for adult swim. The restaurant was open for breakfast and dinner (lunch on weekends only until peak season.) The food was decently priced and was equivilant to most of the restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was very curteous and helpful with information on local attractions and beach recommendations. The room was nice and spacious. Most importantly, the room and the entire hotel were very clean.

“little shaky at first, but nice overall”

We stayed here for a quiet, getaway weekend. I requested a king sized bed when making my reservation. Upon arriving the hotel, the receptionist was very nice, but i was a little put off when she answered the phone mid conversation without excusing herself. She did let us know there was some construction going on, which was appreciated. The room had an indoor balcony overlooking the indoor pool, so it was loud and smelled faintly of chlorine. We requested a room change, and while she didn't have the exact room we were looking for, she did find us a comparable room right across the hall. This room was much improved, and the rest of our stay was quite peaceful.
