We planned 2 nights in Eastham, as it's such a great location on the Cape, but after a less-than-good experience in our original hotel, I was SO happy to move over to the Four Points. We had driven past it a few times, and like the Hyannis Four Points Resort- neither looked spectacular from the outside. Still, it's a Starwood hotel, the bed will be comfy, and all will be clean, so I couldn't wait to get in there. I was shocked to see that the rooms go for $295/night. I used points, and I'm fine with that, but I'd definitely follow the example of others and use priceline to book- it's not a $300/night hotel by any means. It looks like they're working on many parts of the hotel, in fact, part of the outdoor pool was being stained or something, so we didn't use it. The room was perfect. Nice, clean, spacious, comfortable. Same with the bathroom. The halls also were great. We did not have a pool-side room. While we were using the indoor pool (which is great- clean, super facilities available) we were really put off by the noise- we're not parents, so maybe we can't relate, I don't know. But it's noisy, for sure. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant, but we did order breakfast in-room. It was fine tasting, and very affordable, compared to other hotels. I was surprised at the front desk staff, as well. Taking calls when there's a line of 4 people, as another reviewer mentioned. Overall, happy to have stayed here.
