We started our stay being greeted by the manager(Walt) and invited into the kitchen. We were given an area map where he took the time to circle good places to eat, where to get the ferry to Martha's Vineyard (and what to do and where to go once we got there), where to shop and just how to have a great time.
There was coffee and hot water for tea every morning, the newspaper and a comfortable place to sit. The grounds were beautiful even though our visit was in October and right outside our studio were tables and chairs to relax in between adventures. The beach was very close(97 step). Walking to town was a bit longer but do-able on a nice day.
On a clear day we were able to see the Vineyard from our window. The room and especially the bathroom was small, we had 3 adults and it took longer to get ready because of that.I think 2 adults and a child would be fine in our suite which had a double and a twin bed. Larger suite's are available but were already booked during our stay. The kitchen area was stocked nicely with a coffee pot, toaster oven, refrigerator, microwave and all the bowls, dished and cups you would need.
I would definitely stay at the Beach Breeze again if I return to Falmouth.
