The location is good - you can walk to downtown (.5 miles).
The rooms are fine but certainly nothing beyond your average Hampton Inn type room (which is fine for what you pay at a Hampton Inn).
The price is a bit high (at least it was for us) but we had no choice, the place we had originally booked had us down for the wrong weekend so we had to take what we could get. We paid over $300 a night for each room.
Beds are comfortable and clean.
Bathroom are clean although the shower is aged.
A/C seems to have two settings - on/off. The unit doesn't allow you to change the temp.
The TV in one of the rooms has a green tint on all channels - no big deal but annoying.
The floors seem to be planks under carpet and the planks move and make a lot of noise when you walk around. Speaking of noise, the walls are thin so you will hear your neighbors.
For one night so you can catch the ferry the next day, sure. For more than that, I'd look elsewhere.
