The hotel was very nice and the view was great. When we arrived I paid for 2 rooms with my credit card and they put the money on hold which was fine. Upon leaving, the desk clerk assured me that when the charge is put through the money would then come off hold and go against the charge. Come to find out they did not do the process correctly and put a 5 day hold on my account even though their charge went through the following day. This tied up a good amount of my vacation money for a good part of the week. I called the Hotel as my bank instructed me to do and got a very rude desk clerk on the phone who was insisting that I completed forms that I never completed and then accused me of being uncooperative. She then said that she would get the manager and/or owner to give me a call back which she did when I was in the shower. I called that hotel back at least 3 times and the phone was not answered. It's too bad that this happened because it ruined a nice stay and because the rudness displayed on that phone call I would chose to go to another Hotel in that area.
