This motel is in a great location and has a very helpful staff. We stayed here for 3 nights and just have to say we were very happy with our accommodations, the location was central to everything. The only drawback was the motel like most nowadays are non-smoking yet you are allowed to smoke out on the balconies if you so desire. For dinner we eat at the Road House Cafe off Main St which we loved it big time and highly reccommend it. We too loved Baxter's boathouse on the water another great place...

We just returned from a three night stay at the Hyannis Holiday Motel. I booked a Harbor View King room in March on the website. Our room (#22 - huge!) was on the front end with magnificent harbor views (and three sliding glass doors to the deck). Housekeeping was meticulous and the carpet was just fine. Room looked exactly like the photos. We could see and hear the Friday night band concert from the deck. There was a refrigerator in the room (though we had not requested one and there was no charge).

In the check-in area, there is a terrific selection of brochures, maps, and coupons. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly.

Cape Cod Ice Cream, Spanky's, The Black Cat, and other waterfront places are nearby with lots more within walking distance. Harbor tours are available right across the street (with coupons in the lobby).

Main Street is only a couple of blocks away, and there's a Free Trolley stop only steps away.

My family and I stayed at the Hyannis Holiday Motel for the first time last month. We absolutely loved our stay and the room was very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The motels location was key, we were able to walk to the Nantucket island ferry across the street and we could walk to Veteran's park beach just down the road. Our family had a great time on the Catboat ride with Capt Marcus on a sunset cruise. We never knew that Hyannis had alot to offer until we visited this past vacation. We are surely going to be back this coming September.

Not all reviews are true, we have been staying at the Hyannis Holiday Motel for the past five years and the rooms are spacious and spotless. We visit Cape Cod three times a year and we always stay at this motel. The staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The location is the best and we love the Hyannis Holiday because we can walk to the beaches, restaurants and to main street Hyannis. The room rates are reasonable compared to the high priced hotel down the street which offers nothing in return.
