This was the worst of all the hotels we stayed during our trip. So basic - no hairdryer, no tea/coffee in rooms, the rooms smelt musty and very outdated = I am sure the bedspreadys were nylon. There was free coffee in reception and the staff were helpful. The bathroom was awful = no socket and two cheap bars of soap but although the shower looked ancient it did actually do the job! Certainly not to be recommended for a long stay but it was convenient for the ferries and the Great English Pub is a good place to eat and is within walking distance. There was a fridge in the room but it leaked

Excellent location, about 10 min walk to ferry or downtown. Intially
asked for a smoking room but room was musty, non smoking room was fine(so i smoked outside).breakfast was decent,staff was very helpful recomended good seafood rest. and a great place for suvenior t-shirts. to make a long story short, for the price(i stayed for about $50 a night) the room was as good as it gets,and the service was even better.Stay here and save your money to spend on dining,martha's vineyard etc.

staff - friendly.
breakfast - nice to have, nothing special.
rooms - very outdated and a bit of musty smell, but clean.

hotel was fully booked - aparently a great deal in hyannis.

It was my family's first time in Cape Cod and we found that Hyannis is conveniently located to many attractions. This hotel was right in the downtown area so it was easy to walk to many local attractions. During the day we went to whale watching at barnstable harbor, scenic beaches, JFK museum and memorial and at night we walked to most of the restaurants and bars. The hotel itself has two large sized pools, indoor and out. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The owners, Jim and Al, are very hospitable and know the area very well. They provided answers to every question and accomodated our every desire. Next time our family travels to the Cape we will stay here again. Thank you Jim and Al for all that you have done!
