The food's not that bad, it's not that great. There are better places, better Greek places, better Mediterranean places. For comparison, both East Side Pockets and Bilbao's in Providence are better, and they can both manage to make change.
While the food at Farm isn't notably bad, the wait is significant, and you stand a good chance of coming-up short if you let them make change. I've seen at least two different cashiers who've had this "problem", so prepared to argue if you don't want to leave an involuntary tip.
