The food is good, but slightly on the pricey side. The salsa is sometimes very good, other times it's a bit watery, and lately the wait staff has been slow replacing the salsa and chips while you're waiting for your food, which is especially tedious when you have a group of people eating from a small number of baskets since the chips are quite good and go very quickly.
Which brings me to the next complaint, while there's a good amount of space, they won't accept reservations for two different moderately sized groups (fewer than a dozen people) near the same time, and making reservations for smaller groups during lunch time hasn't significantly improved seating time. It's much better to go before noon or after one than during that time on week days.
The chain's schtick involves a wait staff that speaks Spanglish which actually gets irritating in my opinion.
