I stayed at this hotel in 2008 and didn't have any negative issues to report. I'm a great fan of Best Western in general, but this hotel is not at all up to their standards.

This trip in 2009 was terrible. On both nights of a two-night stay, we were awakened in the middle of the night by other guests. The first night the sound came from the adjacent room (unwelcome lovemaking noise), and the second night it was a guest on his cellphone outside our door.

Our room and those nearby were non-smoking, but the hallway (third floor) and our own room smelled badly of cigarette smoke. I'm not sure if the smoke was from someone smoking in the hallway or where.

We looked forward to using the hot tub, but it was broken during our entire stay, and there was no sign it was due to be repaired. The tiny pool smelled of too much chlorine and the water was cold.

The shower curtain had mold, and in general there was dirt/stains in corners and along edges throughout our room and some common areas.

I have some sympathy for the management, because the hotel is adjacent to the Capri Hotel. This is a notorious place that is under nearly constant surveillence by the police due to copious illegal activity. So perhaps this Best Western suffers from the poor clientele who stay there -- might be spillover from the Capri Hotel. However if the BW is owned by the Capri owners, I withdraw all sympathy.

I found out after beginning my stay that this BW hotel had some events requiring police intervention since my previous stay. I wish I'd known beforehand. In any case, I won't be going back to this hotel.

Got put here by the Priceline negotiator. Room and Staff were very nice. Clean and relativly new.

Very thin walls. There was a wedding/Bachelorette party happening and i was woken up at 5am with screaming in the hallway. Not really the hotels fault but soured my stay.

The pool was incredibly over cholinated we could only stay in it for 10 minutes. Thehot tub was broken or just not filled when we went.

stayed here for 2 nights while we visited cape cod and the surrounding area. I was a little hesitant because of seemingly sparse area around it but all the stores and restaurants you need are on the opposite side that we came in. A newish hotel with comfortable beds ,very clean room, nice continental breakfast and helpful staff..what more could you ask for at 110.00 per night!

We would stay here again and even go a little out of our way to stay here next time we are in the area. It was just wife and me this time but I would bring anyone here next time family,friends etc.....

Down the road a mile of so was the restaurant Not your average joe's ..what an excellent place to eat! It was recommended from the hotel.

Went through Priceline to get our rooms (needed 3 rooms). When we arrived two of the rooms were smoking - I requested non-smoking since one of my family members has asthma - and we needed this changed. The Manager, Ruth Schuler, took time to rearrange rooms and get everyone situated. And she made sure every time she saw me or one of the other 6 family members, she asked how everything was going. It started our vacation off very well!!
