We stayed one night at the Radisson on the long weekend trip, including Boston and Newport, RI. Traveling with my two kids (10 & 12), stopped for a night to see "Plymouth Rock" -- guess it's on of those "must see" things but a disappointment for the kids. (Definitely skip if you have little kids!)

The hotel's pool was nice - the kids loved it. Our room was OK - could have been cleaner. And it was very dark once the sun went down.

Since our room overlooked the pool area (which has windows), it was too bright during the day time and then very dark at night. Lighting could have been improved.

The hotel lobby area is nice but the rooms themselves could definitely use an update. But for the area and for the location and the room rate, it was an OK choice.

Hotel was full of kids. Not a good choice for a couple with low kids tolerance and/or romantic getaway. Great for families though!

As a reward to our son for a great report card we went to the Radisson Plymouth Harbor Hotel for three days. The staff at checkin where fine but we didn't receive our AAA discount. We where given a credit after we went to the front desk. The hotel itself needs a major upgrade. Paint missing in sport, dingy carpets etc. In the room the wallpaper is missing, and luke warm water in the morning. I suggest you shower earlier in the morning before all the hot water is gone. Most times the keycard we had to slide into the door 5-6 times before it would work and we never could get the door to unlock to the pool that was located next to our room. The cost of two coffee's was $5.25 Find the Dunkin donuts up the street.
It was a nice weekend but next time we would look elsewhere.

Stayed in this hotel with my husband and 3 children. This was not our first time but wow! the new rooms and beds were fantastic. As always we found the staff helpful and friendly (even with 3 noisy kids!). The room was very clean and housekeeping came early as requeated each morning. The pool and bar are well maintained and easily accesible. The front desk went out of their way to accomodate our requests, for hot water in middle of the night, or good attractions. I was told this hotel has been upgraded to four stars after all the recent renovations and redecoration. It really deserves it.
Altough it was cold the location is right in the midst of all the attractions and very close to the water.

“Our room condition at the Radisson Hotel Plymouth Harbor”

A beautiful hotel, hower, our particular room was a disaster. The wallpaper was peeling, the carpet was worn and dirty and worst of all there was a dead bug on the floor! The bed was also very uncomfortable with bad springs. What irks my traveling companion and I was that we were on a luxury bus tour and the majority of the people traveling with us (including the tour director and bus driver) had very nice rooms in the new renovated rooms complete with a sleep number bed.

I'm very curious how room selection is decided. We paid the same amount of money to stay at this hotel during our tour yet we got a sub-standard room. I thought the dining room and other parts of the hotel were quite nice and it was a convenient location to other sites. Hower, I would never stay there again.

We are a Family of Four, that went to Plymouth. 2 adults 1 Ten yr old and a 13 mth baby....... After i booked our hotel room i discovered Trip Advisor. The reviews i read made me double think my reservtion with Radisson. Just kept thinking the price is good and it looks nice on the web page, so i stayed with my choice of the Radisson in Plymouth. VERY GLAD WE DID
Upon arriving in Downtown Plymouth there were little signs directing us right to the hotel. We parked outside the front door and i went in. WOW what a nice entryway. Checking in was fast easy and the people were very polite and helpful, we had to have a crib and a fridge i asked if they would be there and they said yes. Lo and behold they were once again Radisson was on top of things.
Our room was clean and the beds and linens were great the crib was great and our little one liked it.
Location of hotel is on the water front there is a road to cross but big deal.....there are also lots of shops that are very nice.
WE LOVED OUR STAY AND WILL BE BACK THERE....THANK YOU RADISSON FOR A GREAT TRIP.
