My friends and I would book this place year after year and didn't have a bad experience, UNTIL Jack came knocking at our door at 7AM demanding to speak with my friend. He belittled him outside the room treating him like a child because supposedly he heard us make some noise when we were heading back to our room the previous evening. I believe there are other ways to handle that kind of situation and besides, we barely made noise! The room was run down and all of the staff members were rude. I refuse to go back, even if they gave me a free room to stay.
Advise: don't bother going!!
