Found this gem late at night and boy was I glad I did. Very reasonable and it had a certain charm to it. I only paid about fifty five dollars a night. It was off-season (October), and as far as I was concerned, the best time of year to visit Provincetown. Also, it was only a short distance from Commercial St., the main part of town and I liked the fact I didn't have to take my car. The room was on the small side, but that was ok because I was by myself and it was extremely clean. However, they have other rooms that are bigger and pricier. It was also kind of charming in its own way too, the room was made out of cedar wood and the bed was very comfortable and had some nice sheets on it. Not the standard Holiday Inn type. I remember admiring the bathroom fixtures too and also because it was spotless. And the guy at the front desk gave me a lot of useful information.
Except for some noisy neighbors (at times) it was a great experience. And yes I would go their again!!
