Again and again, we venture to Provincetown, not only to one of favorite vacation spots on earth, but also to the warmly inviting Inn at Cook Street, our home away from home. Doreen, Lisa, John, and staff, create an atmosphere where each guests feels like part of the family. From our artfully decorated, comfy room (we've stayed in nearly every room in the house :) ), to the yummy smell of freshly baked muffins, scones, and a surprise dish from John and Lisa every morning (our last day we had pancakes, yum!), every need is taken into consideration. As always, one of our most cherished memories, is the sense of community and belonging, where guests can share a relaxing moment together at the breakfast table, eager to explore the day. Thanks again for another memorable stay!

We booked the Koi Cottage on an excursion to celebrate my partner's birthday- all of our expectations were far exceeded. The cottage was perfect down to each detail, including the pre-arranged champagne chilled and awaiting our arrival.
The innkeepers-Lisa, Doreen, and John- were fantastic, available and attentive when needed, yet we were afforded the right amount of privacy and solitude. A perfect balance was maintained throughout our visit.
We adored the inn, and adored meeting Lisa, Doreen, and John. Would not think of visiting P-Town without securing a reservation here.

My partner and I have visited Provincetown hundreds of times, and were fortunate to spend an entire week in June at The Inn at Cook Street, our first stay there. We would recommend it to any and all of our friends! Lisa and Doreen, as well and John and Jennifer, acted professionally in every aspect of our stay, providing us with the comfort and care we so needed on our vacation. The rooms were clean and fresh, and the chocolate truffle on my pillow was to die for! I have never had a breakfast quite like the wonderfully large spread we looked forward to every morning. Homemade with a passion for caring, these Innkeepers have just the dedication necessary to please anyone staying at their Inn. As we have decided to purchase property in the area, we are sad we will probably be unable to stay at Cook Street again, but will continue to recommend Cook Street to our family and friends, and know we will always have a hug and a smile every time we run into Doreen and Lisa in PTowm!! You GO GIRLS!!

My husband and I try to get here every Labor Day week-end.....it is a wonderful, charming B&B and we just love the Garden Suite - our own private entrance - living room, large bedroom and immaculate bathroom! The breakfasts are very nice and especially healthy, too! Lisa, Doreen and John are very accommodating and friendly ~

We park our car upon arrival and walk to the art galleries and champagne openings, quaint gift shops, the piers, restaurants, shops, etc. Everything you could ever want is right at your fingertips!

We have stayed at several other established places in PTown - but since our first stay at the Inn, this is the only place we will keep re-visiting!

This was our first trip to the Cape and to Provincetown. We picked the Inn at Cook Street by carefully reading reviews on Tripadvisor and googling around for what we wanted. The reviews helped us get what were looking for... a very clean, very nicely furnished room in a very convenient location w/o being on a busy noisy street. We booked the Yardley room, the inn's only room with a king bed. It is in the main house which has advantages of quick access to the inn's main kitchen (generous serve yourself fresh baked goods, snacks, coffee, tea, sodas, etc), a computer w/internet, and a comfortable sitting room. The inn is easy walking distance to the museum, galleries, shops and restaurants as well as the beach. It's a nice long walk (or easy drive) to Race Point Beach where a glorious 5 mile biking path and other paths are a walker/runner/biker's dream! The innkeepers are congenial and professional. Lisa baked homemade muffins in the mornings - the heavenly aroma could coax the dead to the breakfast table (although my husband slept far too soundly thru the mornings in the comfortable Yardley room's bed). If you stay in bustling Provincetown but want a quiet and pleasant start and rest, the Inn at Cook Street is a very good choice.
