Recently stayed one night at the Crowne Point Inn and booked the "Pamper Me Three Times" package. We arrived around 1:00 and were pleased to find that our room was ready. The woman at the front desk was very nice and escorted us to our room. The room itself was nice - but given the pictures on the internet, I had higher expectations. Our room had a queen sized bed, jacuzzi tub and a fireplace. It was nice but not exactly "luxurious". The grounds are nice - but things are "cozy" or "crammed" depending on your perspective. The location of the Inn is super convenient - just a two minute stroll to the main street with all of the shops and restaurants. We did splurge on spa treatments while there and the hot stone massage was one of the best massages I have ever had. Ask for Rod! The spa also has a mineral bath, steam room and sauna available for all hotel guests to use. Breakfast, which is included with our stay, was less than memorable. Overall, it was a nice place to stay but a bit overpriced.

My husband and I stayed at the Crowne Point August 20th to the 25th, and had an absolutely wonderful stay. We stayed in a "Pamper Me Twice" room. Overall, the inn's grounds and rooms were beautiful and very well maintained. We also went the the Shui Spa while we were there, and the service was excellent. The breakfasts each morning were delicious, as was our dinner at the inn's restaurant. We tend to keep to ourselves, so we didn't have much interaction with the inn's staff, but anytime we had a question, we found them to be very pleasant and helpful.
We're from Manhattan, so we're picky about our food, and I have to say every single meal we had while in Provincetown was exceptional. This was our first visit to Provincetown, and between the experience of the town itself, as well as the Crowne Point, we're definitely looking forward to returning soon.
We returned from a very brief stay at the Crowne Pointe Inn. Upon checking in, we were upgraded to a penthouse. We didn't request it, but we didn't object! Someone, somehow must have known it was our wedding anniversary. It was a lovely 2 story unit with a full kitchen, full bathroom (complete with whirlpool tub) and living area with a pull out sofa on the 1st floor. Upstairs was a beautiful bedroom with a fireplace, balcony with a wrought iron dining table for 2 and a 2nd bathroom. The rate included a full breakfast in the dining room. There is a full service spa on site, but we didn't get a chance to visit it. Although the buildings are somewhat close together, they are arranged in such a way and with lots of beautiful gardens, circular paved walkways and a fountain so that you get a feeling of privacy. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. We would return without hesitation should we get the chance again - we had a delightful, relaxing time.
Stayed here for a romantic getaway.. now this is how a hotel should be. Greeted warmly at the check-in desk and as soon as another person came up behind me, another staffer came out to help them... other hotels are not nearly this receptive. The room as clean, nice, and super comfy bed with nice sheets and pillows. Superior bathroom with superior soaps, lotions and shampoos. Clean, clean, clean...
The staff was wildly receptive and professional and even started greeting my by name after just one day. THIS is how hotels SHOULD be run.
