Had read a few negative reviews, and was wary of the hotel - but everything was fine. Good location (out of town) but close to the subway - which took about 10 mins to downtown Boston. Very good pool in the hotel, clean and had a lifeguard. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and were very helpful. The resteraunt in the hotel wasn't that good, but if you walked about half a mile there were some pizza places and a shop.
I would stay here again. Free internet in the lobby a plus.

We stayed here for two nights on a 10 day trip to Boston and Cape Cod. This is the best hotel we stayed in of all the ten nights. The location was perfect for the price, within 5-10 minutes of downtown Boston by car. We also used the subway which was very convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and bedding. We had minimal interaction with the front desk staff, but they were pleasant and courteous. We did not use the restaurant, but we did use the pool and fitness area, which were both well maintained, and open late. The free parking was also a bonus. Many hotels in Boston will charge at least $30 a night just for parking.

I wasn't sure what to expect in this location, but it turned out to be very convenient and I
would definitely stay here again. There is a stop for the "T" (subway) just 2 blocks
away and the area seemed safe to walk in; Not a lot of restaurants nearby (there's a
Dunkin Donuts about a block away) and the hotel restaurant prices are quite outrageous
(their room service pizza is fabulous tho!), but just jump on the T and you can be down
at Quincy Market/Fanuiell hall area and all the food/fun you can handle in minutes. Beds
were very comfortable, rooms very clean; We did have some one pull the fire at
12:30am one night, followed by much banging on everyone's door by the fire
department as they looked for them, but was back in bed by 1am and all was well.
Parking was also free, which is a big plus in this area. Nice swimming pool/hot tub too.

We checked in at 4:00 and there was an ambulance out front, we got our room and went up to the 6th floor when we got off we were surprised to see all the EMTs in our hallway. They were not hustling so we figured it was nothing serious...fast forward to 6:30 when we left the hotel for a concert...I opened the door and a hotel clerk and a man in a suit were rolling out a body bag!! I was so shocked I made an off the wall comment to my friend ( I was horrified at seeing that image) and the manager on duty proceeded to start to yell at me about having respect for the family, there was no one in the hall besides us and I was not speaking loudly. I immediately went to the front desk and asked why we were put on a floor where they knew there was a medical situation and why we were not informed that perhaps we should stay in our room while they took care of a situation...We got a lame I'm sorry that was the available room (which we found out was a load of bull later) Upon checkout this morning after telling the day manager about the experience he stared at me like I had 4 heads. After going back to check to see if my story was true he came back and wispered he would take $50 off our bill, no I'm sorry or anything. So clearly if you stay at their hotel and have the unfortuante experience of seeing a deceased body it's worth $50, which doesn't erase the image we have and are now stuck with...
