This place worked out great for us. It was just the two of us staying for the weekend. Very nice and the layout of the room wasn't as much of a problem as I thought it might be. I knew the rooms were a little compact, but for us it was just fine. I can see if more than 2 stay w/children, but as a couple, it's really an attractive place to stay. The fireplace and mini equipped kitchen were a nice touch. I loved the balcony. It was nice to open the door and look out at the water any time of day. The luxury of a hot tub in the room wasn’t overlooked. I liked choosing between the hot tub or walking down the hall to the heated pool. And the public beach right outside the window was quiet this time of year. No crowds! We even lucked out and had some picture-perfect weather. I will recommend this place to others. Nice, nice rooms - clean and comfortable. Very relaxing getaway. The internet was lacking at times, but free so who can complain!

This is an RCI timeshare resort that I reserved a year ago. We stayed in a one bedroom which was definitely more like a studio with a pocket door separating the bed from the couch. Very tight quarters for 2 adults and a child although it "sleeps 4" (using the pull out couch). Perfect time of year to visit this location for privacy and quiet beach time. The pool was very clean and heated (enclosed). The room amenities were outdated but the gas fireplace was a nice feature after a windy afternoon outside. Beautiful sunrise view of the beach (right next to Bass River public beach in South Yarmouth). Only one television next to the bed which is directly next to the old "jacuzzi tub". You could not see the tv from the kitchen, breakfast table or couch/fireplace area which was a big problem. The room layout was very awkward. I recommend this for a single or a couple only. About the same size in all as an average hotel room.

We enjoyed our stay here. Location is good ,being directly on a nice stretch of beach. Our 1 BR suite included a jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, nice sitting area, and table and chairs. The balcony was small, but did have an ocean view. The pool is on the small size, and was packed with kids while we were there, so we opted to sit on the beach. There is a nice sundeck area with a windscreen overlooking the beach as well. A short distance up the beach you can rent jet skis, go parasailing, or go on a banana boat. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay at the OC so much that we bought a timeshare week!! The people were all so friendly.

The view was FANTASTIC. You walk out of the recreation room right onto a clean private beach. We walked the beach daily. The kids enjoyed making sand castles and swimming in the indoor pool while Mommy relaxed on the beach or in the gazebo reading and Daddy relaxed in the hot tub. It was facinating to wake up and look out the window and see the water and HEAR the waves. We used the jacuzzi in the room and the fireplace too. We had a room with a kitchenette and it came in handy with two children. The OC has a wonderful protective barrier around its back deck so on the windy days when others have to leave the beach, OC visitors can enjoy the sun and waves behind the protective barrier.

There are also a lot of people constantly cleaning the grounds. We own other timeshares with big name companies with 3 bedroom mega rooms and all the frills. The OC is not this. It is more personal, family oriented more of a "family" run resort than a commerial mega resort. But this is what the Cape is all about.

The employees went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and the other guests were all so nice and friendly. The children and my husband and I made friends and plan to visit again next year for the same week and meet up with our new friends. There was so much to do in the area, too. We all did things that we liked and had a memorable vacation. My family looks forward to many years of vacationing at our new "Cape Cod House" (as my children call it).
