Locally recommended, this wonderful, charming, classy and big (there is a large upstairs room) restaurant was well received by all five of us who had the pleasure of eating there during "graduation week" in the Amherst area. Good selection of wines by the glass and cocktails, and fabulous appetizers, while the main dishes went 4-for-5 in the cuisine home run dept (the trout was a little dry). The evening was made especially wonderful by our waiter, who was attentive, knowledgeable, and an obvious pro. Like the colleges in the surrounding area, this restaurant is expensive but worth it.
