If you hope to catch a Red Sox game on NESN, don't go to this hotel. They have satellite TV and it does not carry that channel. We were chagrined to discover this, since we are huge fans. I guess a number of hotels in the area, which is very close to Boston have the same situation. Seems strange being such a baseball lovers area...

Other than that disappointment, the hotel, which is more like an apartment served our needs fine. You just have to think of it as an apartment and realize you are not going to have some of the luxuries that you expect to get in a hotel, such as free toiletries, a suitcase rack, glasses in the bathroom, maid service, clean towels every day, etc.

The wireless internet in the rooms was very slow and cost a one time price of $4.95 per stay.

The heating/cooling was excellent and the room was very large and its arrangement with computer table, sofa, bed and full kitchen was very comfortable.

The comforter on the bed needed to be replaced as it was bunched up inside of the lining and there was no way to straighten it out. The bed was quite comfortable though.

Despite the negatives, it was a fine place to stay for the price we paid. But I wouldn't have wanted to pay full price.

There is a very small exercise room with three machines, an outdoor pool and a complementary breakfast of bagels, coffee, and apples. Not much, but something. There is a huge laundry room for guests with three washers and three dryers. I am sure this is due to the focus on long-term guest.

Good alternative to staying in Boston if price is a concern. Nice area, clean rooms. We didn't utilize the kitchenette but it is a good bonus. About 20 minutes from the city. A Westin located next door had a great bar. Get to the lobby early or the bagels will be all gone!

In October, all hotels in Boston were either booked or ridiculously priced, even through discount booking websites. So we decided to stay a few miles outside the city to go see a playoff game at Fenway. On the plus side, this place was bargain priced and I was more than happy with the quality of the building and room for the money. I have paid 2x the amount for similar quality in the same area. The room was in decent order and included a kitchenette, which was very nice. We got a smoking room, which we requested and understood that these are usually a bit more beat up than non-smoking accomodations. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. On the down side, the mirror on the closet door was cracked badly and the carpet was filthy. It smelled as if milk had been spilled on the carpet and left to fester. In a smoking room, the only foul scent should be smoke. The room also did not have a garbage pail in either the main room or the bathroom. The staff brought us a garbage upon pointing it out. Overall good value for the money keeping in mind that you get what you pay for.

Do not use Priceline for hotel bookings. I booked this hotel only to find out the price Priceline accepted did not include an EXTRA $25. per day housekeeping fee.
