We have owned at this resort for 20 years. Always maintained impeccably. Both the grounds and the amenities. Get townhouse Woodlands view by Atrium. Full rec center with arcade and raquetball, tennis and basketball too! Indoor and outdoor pools with jacuzzi's. This is the largest resort on the Cape although it seems the quietest. Owners are respectful of the property and great class of people. Minutes to walk to the beach and downtown shopping. Golf is incredible. So many courses to choose from. Our family has enjoyed many years of ferry trips to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and even Whale Watching. But our favorite thing to do is to get New England Chowder "to-go "and sit on the beach. Best Clam Chowder is at Captain Parker's for sure!

We were at The Cove through a timeshare trade and were not informed of "no elevator" until it was too late to change. It was 16 stairs to get to the second floor and then inside the unit another 16 stairs straight up to get to the loft bedroom. The queen bed was too big for the room, and my husband and I both had scraped legs from hitting the corner of the bedframe. The "no cooking" rule was also a disappointment since breakfast is the only meal we can usually economize on while we're on the road. Just being able to use a toaster would have been nice. The information package in the room was outdated and inaccurate. The Cove did offer great amenities and activities and would be a great place for a vacationing family with children, although we also heard younger parents complaining about the stairs with all the gear they have to travel with.

We go off season and it couldn't be a better time. No traffic, it's the most relaxing vacation. Pool, Hot Tub, Beach, Mall, Dining, Reading whatever floats your boat. It's perfect for those who have children, great fenced in indoor pool and activities all year, every day. Love it!

I absolutely love the Cove at Yarmouth. The rooms are so neat and clean, the pool area is awesome and it is near everything. I ecspecially like going in the winter, the atrium area makes you feel like it's summer even if there is a blizzard outside. I would not stay anywhere else on the Cape.
