We visited the aquarium mid-June. We got there for the opening. We had the pleasure of watching the feeding of the seals! We were told about the story of the two seals that they've rescued. The two seal trainers were very informative and clearly had a special bond with the animals. When we got inside, the gentleman at the door was very warm and welcoming. In the tanks, you can see a great variety of sea creatures. I especially liked the blue lobster!
The only thing that keeps me from giving the aquarium a perfect score is the fact that I had higher expectations of the touch tanks.. I thought they had two, while there was only one. Overall, we had a nice time there and spent about 90 minutes. We loved that it was a free activity! Just make sure you have spare change for the parcometers, as you have to park on the street.
