The sushi quality and cuts are the best. If you are looking for simplicity at it's best, Noble is your place. In the front is a small grocery store selling dry goods, sushi quality fish, ingredients to make your own sushi and other nice items. If you're in a rush, I recommend just grabbing one of their fresh sushi trays to go ranging from $7 or so and up in the open cooler section on your right heading toward the alley of a sushi bar in the back. Seating is limited to the bar and and about 8 small tables. I actually like the ambiance of that kind of simple sushi bar than the distraction of the larger sushi places. The washroom is in the back to the right of the to go/order pick up station. You just walk to the back and there is a clean washroom there. When you park, don't park at the ACO Hardware parking lot. They use to hire a security guard just to watch their empty parking lot so you won't park there. I'm not sure if they still enforce it, but I just don't park there nor do I give them my business. You can park along the side of the 14 mile road or in the back. If the Salon is closed on the side, I usually park there. One more thing, they just added some open seating outside in the front.
