This is a nice property, upgraded beds and the rooms are larger than most. Rooms were very clean. The only downside to this property is the location. Nothing is accessible by foot. Hotel is located on a side road adjacent to a mall. Even though you can see restaurants, unless you have a car it is long, long walk along a road without a sidewalk.

“Nice hotel - except the geese”

Hotel has been open 14 weeks and they are very customer service oriented. Unfortunately the geese that are in the parking lot leave lots of "leftovers" for the hotel guests. Rooms are arranged differently than most Hamptons - and it is an improvement. Business center is great and pool looked very inviting. Easy access to everything and a Fresh Market is opening in the shopping center right in front of it Aug 8.
