Room cleanliness was terrible, there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub. The toilet obviously hadn't seen toilet bowl cleaner in sometime. The sheets were extremely wrinkled and I wondered if they had been changed. I found misc. crumbs and toys along the bed frame. I stayed at this Ramada about 3 years ago and had no problem with cleaniless, what happened? I will never stay at this hotel again. The staff I had run into seemed miserable and anything but friendly, this does not include those at the front desk who made the stay tolerable.

The room was great - very clean and nicely furnished. The hallways and pool area could use a bit of ungrading but overall a nice place to stay.

I did not have a pleasant stay at this Ramada. Check in was fine and the staff was friendly enough, but the hallways and the room were not clean and had a noticeable smell. Hall carpet was stained and a large bug was seen scurrying across the tile bathroom floor shortly after I arrived. Curtains didn't close, which was important since the window was at ground level. I ended up using the coffee pot as a weight to keep the curtain in place. I chose the location because it is close to downtown, but next time will stay out on the strip for a nicer hotel at the same price.

True - the night before we stayed at the worst hotel ever, so our experience may be a little too positive. We thought the staff was super friendly and helpful - especially the bartenders. When the front desk staff didn't know something - the bartenders did. Our suite was large - the bed was comfy - it was clean enough.

Great location - walking distance to downtown. And more importantly - to the CHILDREN'S MUSEUM... that place is incredible. Our three year old is still talking about it. Go there immediately!
