We have just returned from a wine tour of Champagne and Burgundy. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Alain, the very knowledgable owner who speaks perfect English, couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is located just off the main route between Dijon and Beaune and is a perfect base for touring the area. The village is quite small with a bar/restaurant serving food at lunchtime and a couple of other hotels serving food in the evenings. There are 'caves' for 'degustations' within walking distance. We had a huge, comforable room with views over the vines. Although there is no restaurant at the hotel, they offer a cold meal called a 'Machon' which is a selection of cheese, meats, paté and salad with bread and dessert. We ate this on the terrace overlooking the vines on the night we arrived washed down with some local wines and, it was so delicious, we had it again later on during our stay. There was also an excellent breakfast selection. Highly recommended.
