The Staff was very helpful. The rooms were nice, but I had to call down to the Main Desk to get a small fridge (should have been standard) and the beds are at a 90 degree angle from the TV. We had the $14.00 evening Buffet which was only mediocre. There are only 2 VERY small elevators servicing the entire Hotel, in the morning to get down to the Main floor we waited at the elevator for about 25 minutes. They charge you $15.00 for parking and they tax that for over another $1.00. Shouldn't parking come with your stay at their Hotel? The water park was small and very crowded and they charge $10.00 per person. They will charge you for everything they can. I will never stay at this place again.
