We booked this hotel on Hotwire. This was a great deal, and the customer service could not have been better. We were treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. The location is great too!

We spent three nights at the Marquette hotel in early April 2008. For the most part, it was a great spot and great value (we got it through Hotwire at $74 per night). The rooms were very big, we had a full size desk in the room and a 40" flat screen TV. The bathroom was newly remodeled and very well done.

The one thing I would say is that if you book into this hotel, confirm the size of bed you are getting. I booked for two people (my girlfriend and I), and when we got to the room there were two double beds (too small for two people), making sleeping in the same bed problematic. We pushed the beds together and made the best of it, but if I were to do it again I would make sure I was getting a queen bed at minimum. I have never seen such small beds in a hotel room before.

Otherwise, this was a great place and great location. I would go back.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel for four nights while attending a conference. From the moment I checked in to the time I left, every member of the hotel staff were amazing.

The rooms were spacious and clean with all the added amenities & attention to detail one would expect from a great hotel.

The staff that work in the Executive Lounge were especially attentive (maybe because I had more interaction with them) Mike in the evening and I can't remember the name of the lady who works in the morning at breakfast time. Both were great hosts.

I will definitely stay at the Marquette again when I am in Minneapolis.

We got a great rate for a Friday night stay at the Marquette. This hotel is rated #1 on this site and I have to agree that is really is the best! The rooms we large and very comfortable. We upraded to the exec. level when we arrived which allowed us to have an updated bathroom, bathrobes, mini bar, safe, a view of the Foshay tower and free drinks and appetizers from 5pm-11pm.

I highly reccomed this hotel to anyone staying in Minneapolis that wants the royal treatment for a resonable price.
