Maybe they've spiffed the place up since the other reviews were written, but I thought this place was great. I had a reservation at SpringHIll but checked out because I needed a real bedroom and more space. This place had a full bedroom (ie with a door), was spacious, clean, well laid out, the staff was very friendly and helpful, laundry and high speed internet were free, and there is a small market where you can charge essentials to your room 24 hours a day. Breakfast wasn't great, but I haven't found a reasonably-priced motel where the breakfasts are good. The kitchens were clean and well stocked with the necessities. The pool is quite small, so don't expect to do laps, but it is fine for kids to splash around (I was there with my 3-year-old). I would higly recommend this place for a longer-term stay.

Had a request that the manager needed to address. Called long distance 5 times at various times during the day (3 different days) and he was always unavailable as he was always away from the property or outside for a smoke break. Left a message for him to call me which he never did. I finally contacted the manager (5th call) and his response was "no guarantees". My request was not a complicated matter and found him not to be that caring.

Ok for a stay - but I am sure there are better accomodations out there for the cost. The room was clean and laundry facilitities free. Breakfast was also free, but not really worth eating so we dined out. The parking garage is small and the lot is very congested.

Room was really dirty, lots of hair in bathroom, on counter top, dishes in cupboard dirty, desk manager rude and inconsiderate. Was guaranteed early arrival, but when I got there was advised by manager that there is no guarantees. Made certain prior to stay to request non smoking room on non smoking floor due to asthma and when I got there was initially advised that they could not provide that as a large group unexpectedly arrived the night before. When I insisted then a room was available on the non smoking floor. Unable to access internet from room and desk clerk on duty was not trained to assist me. Overpriced for lack of cleanliness, rudeness of staff, and the pool is about three feet deep, whirlpool was cooler than the pool.
