we (me, my husband and 3 year old daughter) stayed here while I attended a medical conference. it was clean and quiet the staff helpful. we walked all week - to the conference, to the downtown areas and stores. Had a great time and would stay there again.

Our family stayed here for over three weeks, and I have to tell you how friendly and kind everyone who works there is. The front desk staff and housekeeping make sure you know that they want you to be happy and comfortable while you're there. The rooms are very, very large, and having a nice kitchen with all the comforts of home never made it feel like a hotel. I would say that this is the nicest suite I've ever stayed in, especially for the price. This place is a bargain, plus the furniture is new and they have an amazing breakfast every morning that includes scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, muffins, fresh fruit, cereal, milk, juice, coffee etc. You cannot go wrong if you stay here, I promise. It is right across the street from St. Mary's Hospital, and only about eight blocks from Mayo Clinic. We walked to Mayo every day for tests for my son because it is such an easy walk on the same street as Mayo. Staybridge has a free shuttle to Mayo that runs all day long, or you could call a cab and they'll be there in a few minutes. Staying at Staybridge is like being at home, and after a long, stressful day of tests and procedures, it was a really good feeling to go "home" to a place that was bright, cheery and clean.

Awesome hotel! It's newer and gorgeous. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are big. We loved the kitchenettes because it's nice to not have to go out to eat for every meal when you're visting family in the hospital on an extended basis. The pool is small, but there's a hot tub and exercise equipment. The breakfast buffet is awesome! Much more than a typical continental....waffles, eggs, bacon, etc. It's also nice to be right across the street from St. Mary's Hospital. No need to pay for parking. They don't have wireless internet yet, but they'll give you cables to connect to a jack in your room. The hotel staff was excellent. Above & beyond!

Forget the price, check into this hotel for the benefits!! I have stayed in my fair share of hotels. I usually choose a suite because of the size and the amenities. This hotel is the best by far. The Great Room incudes couches, seating, and a wide screen TV. The Entertainment room has a library, board games, 2 high speed computers with a printer for use (Free of charge!), and plenty of seating. Staybridge has a Laundry Room with 4 washers and 4 dryers that guests may use for FREE! The Pool and Hot Tub are small, but the deck is large. The Exercise Room contains a TV and 3 different pieces of exercise machines. Off the back of the Great Room, they have a patio with tables and chairs that will seat 12 but would easily accomodate 25 people. The Patio also includes 2 Weber gas grills (FREE OF CHARGE!). The KITCHEN is always stacked with coffee, juices, milk, and cereal. The FREE breakfast is more than expected.
I can not say enough about this hotel. I am here from Illinois. The nest time I am out-of-town, I will do my best to stay at a Staybridge Suite. ENJOY and RELAX!!!!
