When I was in Rochester, I asked for a dinner recomendation and was told about Victoria's. The women told me it was the best in town. After dining there for dinner, I have to say, I have had better. The menu offered everything so it took a while to decide and service was good, but for the price, the food could have been better. It is true that the portions are large, but who cares if the food is not good? I had a sausage/pepper/past dish and the sausage was burnt and the dish too oily. For desert a rasberry creme brulee which was hard in the middle and did not come with real rasberries, but rather a syrup layered on top....I wish i had gone to Olive Garden at that point! In the end, just disapointed!
