Never having stayed at a Quality Inn hotel before, I was not sure what to expect, but things worked out pretty well! We chose the hotel due to the fact that 3 of us wanted to stay in a suite type room for as little as possible. The suite offered two double beds and in the living room area a large pull out sofa/bed. The room was a bit dark and the furniture had seen better days, but the room offered a microwave, sink and full refrigrator which was great. Bathroom, very clean and towels nice. The breakfast which was included was nothing special, with cereals and donunts and juice/coffee,etc.

By far, the best thing about this hotel was the staff....they were wonderful! I think some of the best staff I have ever had the pleasure to know in fact, just based upon there williness to help! They had great suggestions, as it was our first time visiting Rochester and always went out of their way to help. Apart from that, the shuttle service they offered was amazing! They offered to take us anywhere in Rochester and offered pick up until 11pm at night. All you had to do was call and give a location! They took us to the local Wal-Mart, mall, Mayo Clinic, airport, etc. We saved hundreds in not having to rent a car.
