We went to their Christmas show tonight. We bought a family pass for $69 ($77 after tax) for myself, husband, 10yr old daughter, and 6yr old daughter. Our daughters are well-versed in and enjoy classic country (for example, they love Patsy Cline) and "old time" humor (they love Jerry Clower.) Facts are that our 6yr old was asleep by about the 3rd song and our 10yr old was begging to leave at intermission. Several people came by at intermission and commented that it was a shame that we couldn't get a refund for the youngest who I'm pretty sure was snoring. We stayed until the end but only because husband and I felt like we should give the show a chance since it had so many positive reviews (and that we had paid money to see it.) Overall it was a total dud for our family. The audience was 98% seniors with only a handful of families with young children. Honestly (I feel bad saying this because it's not a reflection on the performers and the band--they were fine) but I would not recommend this show to anyone under the age of 40.
